Prior to sleep, 1 (or more) sprays toward the back of the tongue - then swallow. Start with three to four sprays the first night. Once snoring is controlled, you may try reducing the number of sprays. Repeat if you drink or eat after spraying. If clogged, hold sprayer under hot water. |
