Bone & Joint Support supports your body\\\'s ability to:

APP\\\'s Bone & Joint Support, created in 1990, was the first of
its kind to provide advanced nutritional support for bone density and strength,
as well as for joint and connective tissue health and repair. It contains several
advanced forms of calcium, including the most generous daily amounts (found
in any supplement) of calcium from microcrytalline hydroxyapatite concentrate
(MCHC), which research has shown, in one particular study, to have increased
bone density (5% increase in one year) in women who had previously lost bone
mass. It also contains several highly absorbed chelated calcium compounds. Additionally,
it utilizes Glucosamine Sulfate and
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) both of
which support heart health and the repair of cartilage, tendons, ligaments and
connective tissue.
Since scientists now know that calcium alone does not prevent
osteoporosis, it contains 12 cofactor nutrients all working together with calcium
to create strong bones. Recent research has demonstrated dramatic effects from vitamin K and strontium in developing strong bones. The inclusion of
both of these is unusual for a formulation of this type and, along with all
the other features, puts this formulation heads above the rest. It also contains
1430 mg of malic acid. To maximize your bone density, we strongly advise that
you combine this with Ipriflavone.
Recommended Adult Dosage
Six capsules per day. Take three with lunch and three with a small snack before bedtime (creates a calming effect conducive for sleep). This formulation stands on its own, but for maximum bone support is meant to be taken in addition to one of the APP Full Spectrum MultiVitamin and Mineral Formulations.
