Navigating the site

I need help finding items. Where do I go?
There are several ways to find what you are looking for on our site. Click on our "Shopping" page to learn how to find exactly what you are looking for. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to call Customer Service 1-800-220-7687.

I already know what item I want. How do I find them quickly?
On every page of Nutritiononline.com on the left side of the navigation bar you will find a "Search" box. Simply type in a product name, a health category, a disease or ailment, or a keyword — our search tool will help you find what you are looking for.

How do I keep track of the items I've ordered?
To view your previous orders, click on "Your Account" in the upper right corner on every page. This link will be available to you after you have logged in. From there, you will be able to view your past orders and change membership information.

Products

Once I put something in my shopping cart, can I take it out?
Yes. Click on "Shopping Cart" in the upper right hand corner of any page. You can change the quantity of any product or click on "Delete" to take out an item in your shopping cart, then click "Update" and your cart will show the changed quantity or delete the item out of your cart.

Membership and Privacy Policy

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to "Login" and click on "Forgotten my password". You will be asked to fill in your username and a new temporary password will be mailed to your e-mail on file. Once you have received your new temporary password and log on to Nutritiononline.com again, you will have an opportunity to create a new personal password that you will not forget in the future.

Are you going to sell my account information?
We will not sell your account to any other party. Your account information is only used to process your orders and if you mark the Newsletter and Promotions box as acceptable, we will send you information about our company and products. To learn about our Privacy and Security Policy click here.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?
Go to "Your Account" and update your personal profile by unmarking the Newsletter & Promotions box.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Advanced Physicians'; Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All charges will show up on your credit card statement under the name of Advanced Physicians Products.

How secure is your secure ordering?

I don't like to order online, are there other ways to order?
Online ordering is very safe and secure, but you can also order by phone, fax or regular mail.

How will I receive confirmation of my order?
After you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your order. This message will include a confirmation number and all information related to your order. No credit card information will be available in this e-mail.

Shipping

Can I ship items to a different address than my own?
Yes. In the check out process, you will have an opportunity to enter your shipping information. At this time, you can put in a different shipping address then your billing address.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge a flat S&H fee of $3.90 for any size order, anywhere in the Continental US (including HI and AK). For orders being shipped to Canada, please call Advanced Physicians Products 1-800-220-7687 to place your order.
