Personal Information
You are able to update all your personal information in the "My Account"
area. Just click on "My Account" on the top navigation bar and select
"Modify Profile". Once you have completed or updated this information
click on the "Update" button to submit the changes.
Password
At any time you can update/change your password. Just click on "My Account"
on the top navigation bar and select "Change Password". Once you have
re-entered the information required, click on the "Update" button to
submit changes.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on "login" on the top navigation
bar and go to "Forgot Your Password?". Click on the "Click Here" link
and it will ask you to fill out your email address or your credit card
number used the last time you placed an order with us, then click continue.
A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you have logged in
with the temporary password you will be brought to the "My Account"
page. Click on Change Password. Enter in a new password that you will
remember, and click the "Update button" to submit change.
Forgotten Username
Please call ustomer Service to reset your username.
Credit Cards
If your credit cards are kept in our secure database you will have access
to update and change your information. Simply select "My Account". Click
on "Modify Profile" and re-enter the credit card information. Click
on the "Update" button to submit the changes. You can also change your
card on file at time of check-out just by re-entering a new card number
and expiration date and click on the final review page under Payment
Methods. Check the box to save the new credit card details.
Order History
To check and view all your previous online orders and their respective
details, simply select "My Account" on the top navigation bar and select
"Order History".
